You know, there's power within all of us.

But yet there's a power within you.

I'm talking directly to you today.

Understand?

And I truly believe this power needs to be expressed or simply it will be suppressed.

You know, some of us we look at others and we see people illuminate their power, you know,

be able to lead, lead themselves and others and we say, where does that confidence come

from?

How do I attain confidence like that?

I'm not that kind of individual.

But you are.

You have the ability to lead.

You are a natural born leader.

You understand?

A power has to be expressed or else it will be suppressed.

We have opportunities throughout the whole day to take the initiative to express our power,

to express our leadership, which feeds into our confidence.

Some of us just stop feeding into our confidence as all it is.

It's not that we don't have confidence or we're not confident, but we have to pour into

that confidence and understand.
