Heather Pillage of being on a program with John Mcovic who is a head football coach at the University of Texas at a coaches clinic and he was talking and simply made this observation.

He said, you know, when we've got the ball

I'm very much interested in the defense the other team has.

But he said, I know deep down that if I've recruited the right athlete, that if I have trained them and

taught them as they need to be talked, if I have developed the right plan of action, regardless

of what defense they throw at me, I'm going to get my share of points.

In other words, he's saying, hey, the action really does start here with me.
