leader podcast. Again, it's wonderful to be with you. And we've been doing a really a four-part series.

0:14.9

Today's a fourth part of leadership blind spots that we have in ourselves and around us that cripple us from what God has for us.

0:23.9

So today is the fourth, which is called a wrong view of success, a wrong view of success.

1:34.5

of Jesus, to follow him, to listen to him, to be with him. And so I'm monitoring every day

1:42.9

and actually throughout the day, and I'm monitoring every week

1:47.5

and every month and through quarters and years and decades.

1:52.0

How are my rhythms of communion of being with Jesus out of which I do for him?

1:56.7

And so this has led me, as many of you know, beginning from 2003 when I had this immersion
