Has anybody ever like said something to you that you can't get out of your head?

Like it just, it's like the worm that goes in there and then like it just will not go away.

Maybe a song that someone's done that too. I had a friend who used to sing Michael Jackson songs really quietly beside me because he knew I didn't like them.

And then all day they'd go through my head, but I don't know if anybody who's ever said anything what's going on

Bob what's my wife so I have some ticks you know maybe we all have them

you you mean like personnel like like things I do to let my anxiety out I guess is what might where my ticks originate but

She was talking to my son the other day and she was like your dad has ticks and she named off two of them and one of them is I I

Adjust in my seat all the time I put my hands on these she's like go look at the the deals on his chair like you can see his hands like I can't get it out of my head and I

always knew I had him but I it's like driving me insane every time I do him I'm like I got to stop

doing I'm not gonna do that.

It's like for two days man I cannot get this out of my head.

So you guys I'm bringing this up because you guys see me and and I you know

we spend a lot of time chat on zoos or doing these interviews with with

the Chris that we're about to bring on here I'm gonna stare at myself and you guys

are now you're gonna see me doing the I'm gonna count that many times well

don't do some financial reward on this or something we have a

doctor with us today so maybe he's gotten some way to get me at myself out of my own

head look that's possible? It is possible.

And I will tell you, you have cured yourself of some of your ticks, because when we first

started recording Windmay Give, you couldn't go an episode without clicking the pen,
