I was talking to my father-in-law, he was like, you know, if a man is really tough on his son

and the dad that's being tough on his son thinks that he's just giving his son tough lot. But the son sees it as my father is abusive. Yeah. So for the dad? Yeah. I don't think it's right. So for the dad,

Yes. Because if you're a good leader then you want to lead based on how they need to be

led. Yeah. It's not a one-size-fits-all for everybody in life. You have to figure out how to lead the people.

I call it management by strengths. You look at the strengths of a person and you manage that person based on those strengths.

My son, for example, is different than my daughter.

They're both 23, 21, 12 22 now.

My son just turned 22.

They're both sea-level people in our organization.

But leading them is completely different.

solving, allowing him to solve problems. They have to lead with him being
