the people taking care of me were abrasive and all that stuff.

And then I noticed that that was kind of like my leadership style,

not all the time, but when stress would come up,

I would be like straight to the point between the eyes like hey do this now like that's

it where like you said you got to ask questions and you got to play to people's strengths.

So, yeah, it's a lot.

When we leader, a big part of leadership is not just like going to a class

and learning techniques.
