Government hoped that Niam's mega city called the line, Tom, the line, which would be a long thin city between tall mirrored skyscrapers, would draw a million

and a half residence by the end of this decade. That goal has since been reduced to

about 300,000. Well that's doable. Then there's the reality of what living in Neum currently looks like.
