Ladies and gentlemen, in a week where there have been major repeated and different repercussions from the release of the so-called Epstein files, or at least half of them.

One of them, one of those repercussions has occurred in Los Angeles with regard to the Olympics.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass says that Casey Wasserman should step down from his role as chairman of the LA 28 Olympic organizing committee

that's driving the summer games of that year, the reason.

The turmoil stirred by his appearance in the Epstein files.

You may recall from last week's program.

He, Mr. Wasserman, has been motivated, if not forced, to sell his talent management agency

because many of the clients were resigning from the agency due to his connection

to the self-same Epstein.

The mayor, Karen Bass, has been a supporter of Wassermans in the past, but in an interview this week,

she voiced her opinion that he should resign

from the post.

The files regarding Wasserman revealed that in 2003 he had an intimate relationship with Galane Maxwell,

who was a longtime associate of Epstein's.

Wasserman has apologized for his association with Maxwell, stated that he was unaware of Epstein and Maxwell's activities.

You know, you don't have knowledge of the activities of people you have intimate relations with.

And the Olympics moves on, or not.
