We are creating an earth already at the carbon levels in the atmosphere that has not been seen for over 5 million years.

What do you say to people that say that climate change and it's just a natural cycle?

It's not rocket science.

It's just basic chemistry.

It's the fact that it's already happening. There's physical impacts of climate change, sea level rise, storms, and all the things people talk about,

but I think almost more worrisome is the sociopolitical impacts of climate change.

500 million to a billion people who are going to be displaced.

So if you're worried about a few thousand boat migrants, you're going to have a flood of

people.

We will build a great wall. What's becoming clearer is it does seem to be

generational, that young people are recognizing the impacts and need to respond to climate

change. The young people want to be heard.
