Good morning, everyone. I'm Kate Baldwin. It's Thursday. February 26th, here are the five things you need to know to start your day.

Number one, the Clinton testimony. It's a pretty momentous day for the ongoing House investigation into Jeffrey Epstein.

Members of the House Oversight Committee will depose Hillary Clinton today. This will take place in Chappaqua, New York, where the Clintons live. Hillary Clinton has said she has never even met the convicted sex offender. The Republican chairman of the committee has even said this. Quote, no one is accusing the Clintons of any wrongdoing. We just have a lot of questions. Then comes Bill Clinton's testimony. He is known to have traveled

on Epstein's plane at least 16 times, according to a scene in review. Clinton also appears

I think that's also a unique space where the former president might be able to be helpful.

There are a ton of questions still swirling about an FBI operation at the home of Alberto Carvalo.

Agents were seen carrying out boxes of material from the house yesterday.

CNN has also learned search warrants were executed at two other locations as well, the school district's

headquarters and a home in Miami. Frivalo previously was the head of the public school district there.

The sprawling L.A. Unified School District is the nation's second largest, with more than 500,000 students and covering more than two dozen cities.

The FBI is staying very tight-lipped about what this is all about. The school district is only saying that it's cooperating with the investigation.
