Hillary Clinton is testifying today in front of a congressional committee.

The former presidential candidate, secretary of state, senator, and first lady is talking to the House Oversight Committee about any links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Deposition isn't being held on Capitol Hill, though. Instead, it's in a town about half hour

north of New York City where Clinton lives. The closed-door meeting is being recorded,

with GOP committee staffers planning to release the footage within days, likely after her husband,

former President Bill Clinton, testifies tomorrow. CNN's Annie Grayer is in Chappaqua, New York.

I'm told she's going to be accompanied by her legal team who's been prepping her for days

to not only remind her of what was happening in her life around the Epstein years,

but to also prepare lines of attack because we know that Republicans have a history of going

after Hillary Clinton.

Now, Hillary Clinton maintains she never met Jeffrey Epstein and she only interacted with

his former associate and co-conspirator Glee Maxwell a number of times.

She argues that Republicans are targeting her for political purposes.

Worth noting that Clintons have never been accused by law enforcement of any

wrongdoing related to Epstein. A lot more news coming up, including the latest round of U.S.

even as the U.S. continues a massive military

buildup near Iran. That's according to a key advisor to Iran's supreme leader, who says

talk should be limited to non-production of nuclear weapons. Negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland are on

pause right now. CNN's Fred Pliken is there, and he says Iran's nuclear program remains a major sticking point.

Apparently the U.S. does want the Iranians to shutter their three main nuclear sites,

Fordo Natanz and Isfahan.
