| 1:48.8 | Now let's begin our meditation. You're going to be. The law of attraction says that where our focus goes, energy flows. So let's focus on what you want today instead of what you don't want. |
| 2:00.0 | And open the floodgates of energy to flow to you. So let yourself settle, find comfort within your body and calm within your mind. |
| 3:05.0 | If your mind feels busy, become aware of your breathing and imagine those thoughts riding the waves of your exhale and dissolving as they exit your body. Breathe out the to-do's. |
| 3:10.0 | Breathe out the worries. |
| 3:13.0 | Breathe out the plans. |
| 3:20.0 | And relax even deeper into this moment. Now, see if you can imagine something you desire. |
| 4:07.0 | It may be an object, a way of being, or a feeling. Whatever it is, imagine what you want instead of what you don't want. For example, imagine a full bank account rather than the pain of not having enough money. |
| 4:28.0 | Imagine yourself in optimal health instead of the suffering of sickness. Bring into focus your desire and give yourself a moment to sit in it. |
| 5:01.0 | Using all your senses to be present to it. Oh, You're going to be. Oh, Oh, Oh, Oh, Now. Now find your breath again and feel a warmth within you. |
| 7:13.0 | Energy flows where your focus goes where your focus goes. |
| 7:27.0 | Feel the warm flow of energy into your desires |
| 7:39.0 | and open yourself to receive. Love in light, my friend. Oh, You're not going to be. you're You're going to. |
