have that much fun.

When the kids were little, it was so easy to have fun like you take them to the zoo,

take them to the water park.

She was inspired by an old episode of The Happiness Lab, in which I tried to inject fun

and playfulness back into my life.

Natalie also felt that she was lacking fun.

So she took the lessons she heard in the podcast and encouraged the women in her running

group to add fun interventions or fun interventions into their diaries.
