Plus, Ben Wittes shares his predictions for a presidential immunity ruling, his praise for Amy Coney Barrett's handing of the case, and his observations about the criminals Trump unapologetically hangs out with.

Hello and welcome to the Bullock Podcast I'm your host Tim Miller. We got a double

0:11.8

header today but first isn't it nice to be pleasantly

0:14.8

surprised? It's nice to be pleasantly surprised every once in a while. On yesterday's

0:18.0

podcast, I made kind of a snide remark with Will Salitan about how the Senate has a pretty light

0:25.2

schedule this week and despite the fact that the Supreme Court had overruled the bump stock ban,

1:20.2

winner for Democrats because let me tell you. This just isn't a winner.

1:23.6

You know, the device that created a mass murder

1:28.1

with our 800 rounds fired in Las Vegas.

1:31.3

The Republicans want to be the ones defending that device, not even a gun, then, okay, well, we'll see how that works. We'll see what swing voters think about that. So I was pleasantly surprised, good news news good on you Chuck Schumer and now I'm

1:46.1

delighted to be here today with Lauren Windsor she's been in the news lately an activist
