guess is all of those things. Lauren Scrags Kennedy is going to kick us off today and she has

inspired me for quite some time. I've always been encouraged deeply by people

who overcome physical limitations and hardships.

One of my best friends, Megan, adopted a little girl from Ethiopia several years ago

and her name is Tessa and Tessa was born with no legs and only one arm.

And when Megan first told me about Tessa, I'll be honest.

I gulped and I wondered how Megan and her family were going to be able to do it.

They lived in a two-story house at the time, they had no special van or extra money for any of those things.

But Tessa changed all of our lives and she has taught me that people
