So, yes, I met, well, I haven't formally met her, but we spoke on the phone. I bet her through Carmondie, who, as you know, is really the producer of this show. She keeps booking a lot of guests for us. And every guest is amazing. And the minute I jumped on the call with Lauren, you are a, I like to call you in this, and correct me if I'm wrong,

you're like a spiritual life coach. Is that, what title would you give yourself?

Because you, yeah. Yeah, I would call myself like a spiritual mentor, wholesome living coach,

life coach. Yes. Wow. And you do a lot of different things. I mean, I can't wait to dig into your

stories because they're absolutely amazing, intriguing. We've never had anything like that on the show.

But you also do, you do a little practicing of Reiki and you do other kind of like holistic,

what do I want to call it, meditative practices? You want to tell us a little bit

about that? Yeah, absolutely. I do energy work with people. A lot of times here in the Hamptons,

we do that at the ocean, which is really wonderful, like clearing your energy feel,
