| 0:45.5 | Well, I have a lot going on in my life, as I'm sure many of your listeners do too, between work and family. |
| 0:52.0 | And I had managed to get away with my husband for a weekend in July of |
| 0:57.8 | 2016. He was meeting me in Maine, and I went for a run that morning. I was all by myself. |
| 1:05.1 | And as I was running along, this pleasant morning, I kept having this thought pop into my head of |
| 1:08.9 | what, what do I have to do next? What's the next thing on the agenda? Right. But the truth was, there was nothing. And I realized, |
