Tonight we're going to talk a little bit about the Lakers, their pursuit of Dan Hurley.

The shocking news that we got to start off the morning.

It's been a long day, but an exciting day for the Lakers.

We weren't expecting any of this.

And now they've got a big day coming up tomorrow,

reportedly when they're going to be meeting with Dan Hurley.

Game one of the finals was a complete disaster.

So we're not even going to bother.

With that, we'll get on to the important stuff and talk about Dan Hurley.

Sean, we were both surprised when the news came out this morning.

Yeah, that Dan Hurley could potentially become the Lakers next head coach,

that he is their primary target.

Now we've got news from Adrian Wagenerowski that the Lakers are meeting with him tomorrow.

At this meeting, they are expected to present him with a contract offer with a deal to become the next head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Do you, I mean, I'm assuming you like this higher. Is this the best that we've heard so far for the Lakers?

Dan Hurley over J.J. Reddick, Sam Cassell,

James Barago, all the other candidates. Yeah, absolutely. I'm a big fan of this potential hire.

I'm trying to manage my own excitement, which is why I've kind of avoided looking at

ton of like Yukon schemes and stuff like that.

One part of it is I'm familiar with a lot of it already, but I'm not, I haven't begun
