Jake, I hope you are well. Hope everybody listening as well. Guess what? It snowed today.

Unbelievable. It was 70 degrees a day ago. I was getting my shorts ready. Not really. I don't really wear shorts that often. But if I wore shorts, I would have been getting them ready because it was 70 degrees. And I left work tonight and it was snowing, flurrying. I don't know if did you guys get flurries at all. Yeah, we did. We did down this way.

It is hopefully the last year. You look at the weather forecast might be the last like really cold. We're going to probably dip into the 40s and 50s another time. But obviously hoping this is the last like frigid cold that we can get. Turn the corner. I'm just ready for nicer weather all the time. Need it. And even for me,
