I'm joined by Dave Richard here. Let's go through the news and notes first, Dave. Dalvin Cook, stay away. Stay away. We don't need you complicating things right now. Just give us another week of Alexander Madison, but he was limited in practice. What are we expecting as of right now as of Tuesday night at Dalvin Cook? I'm expecting Cook to keep on practicing this week and then not play. Or maybe he's used in the Daryl Henderson role of break glass in case of emergency, but he's got a significant

shoulder injury. I wouldn't count on him this week, maybe next week. Okay. What do you think

about the Niners backfield right now? Do you think for players who can still, fantasy managers

who can still make waiver claims or ad-free agents, do you think Jamichael Hastie is a must-ad? A must-ad? No, I'm not going to go that far. I think he's a worthwhile ad because you want to wait and see what happens with Elijah Mitchell, who fell back into the concussion protocol, and everybody knows that Jeff Wilson's got a knee issue that's coming up. I think push comes to shove.

If those two guys are out,

Jamichael Hastie could end up being the primary back for San Francisco,

but there's no way they would put it all on his plate.

You would see a lot of Kyle Uschak, maybe somebody else who are not thinking of,

maybe Debo Samuel comes back and he takes

some work away. He could be in line for six or seven non-PPR fantasy points, bump that number

up to nine or ten in full PPR. But I wouldn't say that he's a must-start or must-ad type of

running back. So a lot of people are wondering about the Rams backfield. And Darrell Henderson

was available last week, but didn't play. So what do you think happens going forward? Do we have any

signs about what might happen? Well, the signs so far is the report from Jordan Roderick and

the athletic, which suggested that Sony Michelle was a better fit and that he gives them more of a physical rushing style that

Darrell Henderson might not necessarily be able to give them. Henderson's definitely a

little bit more explosive. And you've also got this ambiguous quote from Sean McVeigh,

where he starts by talking about how good it was to get Sony

Michelle on a rhythm and then he like remembered that he has Daryl Henderson on his team and he mentions

him and then he closes the quote by talking about Sony getting involved. We haven't seen the Rams

really commit to using two backs game after game after game. They've been a one back type of team.
