My guest today is Giovanni Vigna, the co-founder, the co-founder, the CEO of Last Line.com.

We're talking about computer security, malware, et cetera.

Giovanni, how how you doing?

I'm doing fine, how are you doing?

Yeah, it's a beautiful day.

It sounds like it's a beautiful day where you are.

You said you're in Santa Barbara, so, uh, yeah, so far so good. So good. So if you would by way of an intro what is it that last line does and specifically you at the company what do you do?

So last line is a company that uses sort of anti-malware technology and products.

Our main goal is to protect enterprise networks against breaches, so sophisticated malware getting

in, infecting machines, spreading inside an organization.

And my role is the CTO, so in a way,

I sort of am responsible for the technology

and for making sure that we continue to innovate in an environment where the threat itself changes continuously.
