but I'm also expecting my second child in January. Do you have any tips, tricks, or thoughts on

setting manageable goals for a coming year that I know will be chaotic. I love this question because I do think it emphasizes

the fact that every year is not created equally when it comes to setting goals. I actually feel like

I am finally in a stage of life with all of my kids five and above, which feels weird to say, but it's true,

that I can set some bigger goals and be more confident that I can, you know, give attention to more

than one goal at once, for example. There have been years of my life where my primary goal was just,

you know, keeping a baby alive and getting enough sleep to do the minimal needed
