Coral Springs Police Department received multiple calls of a man in his 40s behaving

erratically according to 911 the guy was ripping off his clothes lying down in a

parking lot and banging on plywood.

stumbling through an alley and running in front

of moving vehicles,

forcing at least one driver

to swerve off the road to avoid

hitting him.
