It has been a very interrupted sleep. 3 a.m. here for UK viewers, I know. Cry me a river.

But when my wife found out that it was going to be a 3am alarm,

she just went, right, you're, you're sleeping on the sofa. You're sleeping on the couch.

Luckily, I have a comfy couch, so I had myself set up with my phone, set the alarm, and yeah,

got up okay at about 351, very, very different vibe watching it in the middle of the night. We're

definitely not used to that in the UK. Early mornings, yes, but that was legitimately just in the

middle of the night. So very interrupted sleep and no live timing. I didn't have like a news feed

up and running. I just had my phone and I was just chatting with the patrons

in Discord. If I wasn't doing this as a job, I don't think I would be watching it at 4 in the

morning. And I don't think I'll be watching the race at 4 in the morning either. I'd be watching

the perfectly acceptable replay at 7. But, you know, I am happy

that I watch the session like that. It always feels a bit special when, you know, you're awake and no one

else is and you're watching the thing you love. And I think we were treated a little bit to really

seeing how the drivers dealt with very difficult conditions. And it was cold and wet. Now people saying it's the desert,

it's not going to rain, it's going to dry up, but we did get like a full wet racing condition,

slippery conditions. And as I said in the preview, this is now cementing Vegas's place on

the calendar as unique. It's a unique venue with unique conditions.

Because essentially, F1 is a summer sport.
