The deep image that was released of a known cluster of galaxies, the field of views about the size is if you held out a grain of sand at arm's length and looked through it.

Dr. Timothy Dolch, Associate Professor of Physics at Hillsdale College, as we talk in depth with Dr.

Dolch today about the recent images delivered to us from the James Webb Space Telescope.

Dr. Dolch, thanks for joining us again.

Such a cool thing of people have seen this. The web telescope has given us the deepest infrared image of the universe yet, and

it's offered even an extremely high quality image on NASA's website.

This thing is amazing to see.

Absolutely.

This has been in the works quite a long time and it's really remarkable to finally see these images unveiled.

I remember the first launch date proposed, which was actually 2006,

and then 2021 ended up being the launch date, which you know, you can comment about,

but that is basically just because it was such a hard thing to do. These were such

difficult instruments to create. And the place to which it was such a hard thing to do. These were such difficult instruments to create.

And the place to which it was launched cannot be serviced by astronauts.

So there's only one shot at this.
