Well, Patty, I have to say it's been nice of the

removing some of the Obama administration's protections

for transgender patients, you know,

when it came to having rights in a hospital or a medical practice or any part of the health care system

so this was

uh... really uh... a wonderful surprise today and i hope that it later extends to patient's rights as well.

Yeah I have to say this is well this this particular decision to work regarding workplace

protection it'll be something I think a good that's a good question for our guests in terms of the extent of this ruling

I have to say that you know it has been troubling to just see over the years how hard it's been for transgender Americans to obtain equal

treatment.
