Hello, Lakers Nation. Welcome in to the Lakers Nation.com podcast. Let's talk trades.

0:05.3

That's right. On today's show, we're going to go into an ideal trade deadline for the Lakers.

0:10.8

What are some moves they could potentially make to right the ship, build this team around LeBron and AD?

0:16.0

No, I'm not trading LeBron and AD on today's show.

0:19.0

But I want to show you guys some different trade possibilities for the Lakers. I'm also going to get into the mailbag, which I opened up to channel members, sent me a bunch of questions, a bunch of comments, and I'm going to use that to pinball into a bunch of different topics to close out today's show. So a lot to talk about here because we've got to talk big picture on the trade front. We're going to take a look at a few different possibilities I think could be out there for the Lakers and then go from there. If you're not a subscriber to the YouTube channel just yet, make sure that you get the subscribe button and then over on Apple Podcast, Spotify, wherever you listen to podcast, give us that five-star rating and review. For anybody new, I am Trevor Lane.

1:25.2

1:29.8

YouTube channel right around 7 a.m. Pacific time is when it typically goes out and then,

1:34.5

and it goes out even earlier on the podcast feed. That obviously is not the case on this one.

1:40.3

And the reason for that is, um, is because, well, if you've ever sat down and started playing

1:48.1

with the trade machine and trying to work through different possibilities and just doing all the,

1:53.3

uh, like the, the, the hangover gift, the math in your head and you've got all the equations

flying around and all of that. Yeah, that was me.

2:06.2

And next thing I knew, as I was playing around with trades,

2:08.8

it was the middle of the night.

2:13.7

And I knew I was not going to be able to record a competent podcast.
