I don't think you have to do things for money anymore. Correct. What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius. And the Lakers earned their second three-game winning streak of the season with a win over Memphis last night. 128 to 123. In a game D, L started out well. Staters pushed it out to about a 10-point lead

in their early shift. And Lakers kind of let go over the rope in that second quarter, especially.

They seemed very content to trade baskets with Memphis. And then once they stopped getting their

own baskets, they were giving up a lot of their own. There was, we'll talk a little bit later about a lineup. The lineup to close the second quarter had a rough go of it with Delo, Austin, Cam, LeBron, and AD. And then that carried through to the start of the third quarter, where the Memphis starters really took it to the Lakers starters and went up by as much as nine. There were a couple possessions to, Santiago had at least three wide open looks that would have been like, oh man, this is a big momentum swing, probably would have led to a timeout, Memphis up 12 that he missed. And then Dalton Connect caught fire toward the end of the third quarter, went seven for eight on the night, five for five from three. But I thought it was really the timing of when he did that, and JJ Redick spoke to that afterward. And so did LeBron in AD about just sort of the timing of Dalton kind of infusing some energy into that game. And then down the stretch, three-man game between LeBron, Austin, and AD. Super cool stuff.

I'm going to do a couple videos today, one on they ran different versions of the same play

three different times and scored out of it down the stretch of that. And so, D, a 35 point triple

double from LeBron, his third straight, just incredible stuff.

Not AD's best game, but his fourth quarter was very good.

What do you see from last night's win over Memphis?

A certain amount of resiliency that this team has.

But so, forget that part.
