Only happy when it rains because the Lakers got some terrible news today about LeBron James.

According to Shams Tarania, he is going to miss an extended period of time due to this foot injury that we saw him suffer against the Dallas Mavericks.

He finished the game remarkably non-contact injury, laying on the ground says, I heard a pop.

We all thought the worst at that point.

And then LeBron got up and he finished the game and he played well.

He clearly wasn't 100%, but he played well.

He took guys into the post, guys that were smaller than him, players like Justin Holiday,

and scored on them.

Had a number of different step-through moves,

post-moves, all kinds of things, spins, all of that, and helped get the Lakers an incredible win

against the Mavs. And so there was some hope among Lakers fans, some hope that maybe this wasn't

too bad. Darbin Ham made it sound like it wasn't too bad of an injury after the game against the
