The Lakers do fall in game one of preseason losing out by 30, 105 to 75 to the Sacramento Kings.

Of course, the second half of that was pretty much all bench players that were playing

in this game.

And there were some positives to take away from the first half, which the Lakers actually

led when the starters for both clubs were playing.

So we're going to dive into the good and the bad of this game.

And there is quite a bit of both

to talk about. Joining me is Sean Spaces Davis. Sean, how are you doing? I'm doing all right,

man, and I had a bunch of fun with all the people that decided to tune into our playback stream.

Appreciate you all for hopping in with us. And yeah, I have a feeling this is going to be a fun, but maybe controversial show because I promise you guys, it's just preseason. Please calm down. Well, yeah, it was a lot of fun over on playback, getting to experience the game with everybody. We were able to watch the game with Lakers Nation. It was a lot of fun. We'll be over there on playback, giving you the breakdown of the Lakers in game and getting to watch the game with everybody. The Lakers lose, but some positives to take away from this. In particular, we looked at the first half. I thought we saw some really good things from the Lakers. And the biggest thing, my number one question mark heading into this game was, what does the energy look like? What does the effort look like? And I think that box got checked, particularly when we're looking at the first half. I saw a lot of guys making the extra effort on the defensive end of the floor. And that is something that's really,

really important for this Lakers team. So in that regard, that was a good thing to see, again,

we're talking about a 30 point loss. Feels weird, finding a positive, but I thought the

energy and effort was there and we
