Once again, falling to the Sacramento Kings, certainly not what we wanted to see in this one tonight.

Anthony Davis really, really struggled once again against the bonus.

We've got a lot to talk about here tonight. And unfortunately, it's a familiar conversation.

Now, I'll tell you what, I'm going to get into the chat.

I'm going to get into the questions and comments.

This is a very important game.

This was a very important game for the Lakers,

one that they really needed to win, I mean, desperately needed to win.

But this is also the fourth game against direct Western Conference competitors since the All-Star break.

And the Lakers have dropped all three of them.

So that is not good.

All four of those games, they've dropped.

Not good.

They played Golden State coming out of the All-Star break, lost to them,

played Phoenix, lost to them, lost to Sacramento twice.

These are all four of the teams that the Lakers are directly competing with for playoff

positioning, for play in positioning, really, and the Lakers could not beat any of them.

So number one, that's not good.

I know we're going to get into Dilo, we're going to get into LeBron.

We're going to get into Anthony Davis, of course, a lot.

So that's coming in the chat, I'm sure of it. But this is something that is concerning that the big games, right? Like they've had some good wins in this stretch. They've been playing better basketball overall. Their offense has been good. Their defense, not so good. But overall, they've been playing better basketball. And they've had some good wins during this stretch.
