Welcome back to the Lantern Rouge cycling podcast with Benji Naison.

This is our stage 18 Vultra Spaniard recap and our stage 3 recap of the

Charter Tizit Madrid challenge by Love Welter, the women's stage race, both the last stages

in each of those respective races and the last, well yeah the last major racing

world tour racing this year in 2020. So that being said, like to give a big shout out to us

gotten more than five hours sleep in maybe three months not exaggerating in the last 50 days.

It's been great we've had all this racing but I'm pretty tired and I've kind of cost myself

a fair bit in the health department etc but we're going to fix that in the summer now that I can

sleep a little bit but yeah that's a big ask for me if you like the quality helps us a lot

if you do that sort of thing when we're trying to get to a thousand reviews not even

all rating sorry before Christmas or the end of the year but anyway stage 18 HIPAA DROMA
