| 0:54.9 | Rutte I think his name is and he was talking about the fact that there cannot be public anymore |
| 1:01.9 | as one of the Corona measures that they add on to it and there can be public at sports events and |

| 1:10.0 | They've got a second stage that was supposed to happen today, a time trial in |
| 1:14.2 | Vlyssingen after yesterday stage won by Jasper Phillips and in Belgium. |
| 1:18.8 | So in the Netherlands that time trial there's gonna be public so they had to cancel that stage |
| 1:24.8 | but the effects weren't really encapsul to only that stage because in the |
| 1:29.8 | second stage we're supposed to start in the Netherlands and the third stage was a whole |
| 1:34.4 | stage in the Netherlands as well. Now regarding today's stage they did not find a |
| 1:38.4 | solution for that unfortunately but understandable because they only heard it yesterday evening and because of that well |
| 1:45.9 | They can't really find a solution for a new race in one evening that would be a record and I don't think they had a B plan for this second stage but |
| 1:54.8 | they were honestly quite amazingly fun asset finding solutions for stage three and |
| 2:00.2 | stage four because the time trial is going on stage 2. |
