And my guest today is somebody very special who runs one of these historic legacy restaurants.

I'm talking about Christy Vega of Sherman Oaks' own Casa Vega,

which has been serving the people of Sherman Oaks, the San Fernando Valley,

and Los Angeles since 1956.
