Welcome everyone to the score fantasy football podcast. I'm your host, Justin Boone. Thanks for coming back here for another one of our Thursday mailbag shows.

They were a new addition of the rotation this year. It seems like everybody's been loving them. I've loved recording them. I wish we had more time to do stuff like this, but you know how it is during the season, right? My schedule is really, really tight. Maybe in the off season I'll try to make it more of a regular thing and we can do some more mailbags. I try to do like one a month in the off season.

Maybe we should do it like at least every couple of weeks during those months. Either way, I hope you got a chance to check out my updated week seven rankings. Those went up today. I'll be doing another sweep of those before the Thursday night game tonight. Lots of moving pieces still. We got a bunch of injury situations we got some new

starters that I'm just trying to lock in a volume projection for and still going over that

stuff so I'll be tweaking the rankings over the next few days quite a bit and that's why

sunday is always the best time to answer questions because that's when I have the most information

to go off of that's when I've done the most research and we have all the injury stuff. But I know a lot of you want answers right now. So I'm going to do my best here today. Let's just jump right into it. At David Gou and then a ton of numbers. What do you think of the Rams backfield? Now, we talked about the Rams backfield a lot at the start of yesterday's show. I wanted this to be the first question though, because I'm starting to change my mind a little bit, and I will preface this by saying that nobody knows for sure how this is going to play out. If anyone's telling you that they do know for sure, they are probably misleading you unless it's somebody in the Rams organization that has secret information, and in that case, please DM me and tell me what they're saying. Because right now, we don't know for sure who is going to get the most touches in this backfield, which is why I likened it to the Cardinals backfield situation from last week, where we leaned towards Amari Demerado at first. And as the week went on, we found out that Kiante Ingram was going to be

active. So that made me lower Demarcato and I moved Ingram a little closer to him. And then on

Sunday, we found out that Damien Williams was going to be active too and get promoted from the

practice squad. And it turned into this big committee. They didn't produce much fantasy value. And it

was just confusing as heck because

Demercato actually played the most snaps, but he had the fewest touches in that group. So we do

our best here to try to make these educated guesses. I'm trying to read the tea leaves. I'm trying

to find these nuggets of information that can kind of direct us in the right area. But some of

these depth charts are truly in flux and might

even be in flux like during the game they could change depending how players perform

and depending on the game script and all that sort of stuff so the Rams could

definitely be just like that this week where Zach Evans seemed like he was going to

be the next man up and then they signed Daryl Henderson and they signed Miles

Gaskin plus they have Royce Freeman already on the roster. And Sean McVeigh and Matt Stafford have essentially said that all week that this is going to be a competition. So we're going to have to be watching the reports out of practice and who's leading the position drills. Literally we're going to have to look at all that stuff. But the reason that I'm starting to change my mind is because of McVeigh's quotes

yesterday, because when he was asked if Evans was on track to start this week, McVeigh's answer

was, I wouldn't say that. And then he said all four of those guys are possibilities and
