So here's a meditation on the principles of forgiveness.

Allow yourself to come into a quiet space.

So make sure there's not going to be any distractions

around you for the next few moments. When you're ready allow yourself to sit

somewhere comfortable. It's important you allow both of your feet to come onto the ground, allow your back to be straight,

so that the energy can move up and down with no blocks.

If you're ready, allow yourself to close your eyes and if that's kind of weird, bring your vision or your gaze downwards.

So it means there's not going to be any distractions or anything that gets in your way.

Allow yourself to begin to become aware of your breath. Breathe towards your belly. Imagine your belly is a balloon and you want to inflate this balloon to its maximum capacity.

With each and every exhale, you allow your shoulders to drop, you allow the tension within your belly to Leco.

You allow yourself to come into this present moment.

You come back to your body.

It's important to say before we go any further in this meditation

that there's no place more safe to be than in your own skin, in your own body. The body is the home of the soul. Come back here.

Come back to the now. Keep breathing. Allow that belly to inflate. Allow yourself to let go.

In your mind's eye, begin to create the vision of a light above your head.

Allow that light to begin washing over the crown of your head.

That light begins to wash over your forehead, your eyelids, your cheeks and your chin.

Your ears, the back of your head and neck is beginning to be washed with that light.

If you can't see the light, trust that it's there. In fact, tell

yourself internally that there is a golden light of the divine and it's washing over your head. That light continues to
