Welcome to today's quick challenge or quick brain challenge. And I'm going to challenge you to be even more grateful than you were yesterday and that's what we're going to talk about.

Now the episode I want to reference is episode number 47 which is how gratitude rewires your brain.

That was a special episode we did on Thanksgiving and this is a topic that touches me

very deeply because on that episode we actually got a message from somebody that was in a very dark place

Really dark if you can imagine it. They're planning something pretty drastic and I got a message saying that they ended up not going through with that because they listened to that episode and I want to encourage you if you haven't
