| 0:20.1 | Yeah, it's kind of funny. People were texting in all the knockoffs they had to rock back in the day. Somebody said, yeah, the Adidas knockoff. So I had to rock. They had four stripes. Oh. That's what they do, though. I mean, those knockouts... Well, you do a double take. In a sense, a knockoff was so cruel because it looked like it, but you would take a look at it. You'd be going, oh, they're wearing a decent, wait a minute. Why does I have four stripes? And then it's almost like it would draw more attention to it because you just knew there was something a little off with whatever the shoe was. They're going, man, ain't you getting into a fight and you defend it? You'd be like, no, that's Adidas, man. You'd be like, no, that's got four strikes, man. And when you're super little, I don't think it matters. The older you get. Because everyone's dressing like a fool in their, you know. When they're little, it doesn't matter. They don't notice. But middle school, high school. You start to see a change around fourth grade. |

| 1:19.8 | It was real. |
| 1:21.0 | Kmart had their own brand of jeans? |
| 1:22.7 | Yes. |
| 1:23.3 | Yeah, they have everything at Kmart. |
| 1:25.3 | I remember I was so, me and my sister were on the same T-ball team, which we're two years apart. |
| 1:30.2 | I don't think we should have been in the same league together, but we couldn't afford baseball fans and we had to wear Kmart jeans. |
| 1:36.4 | And that's what I played my first baseball game in. |
| 1:40.4 | It's the baseball picture. |
| 1:42.9 | Virginia, it's so low budget. |
| 1:46.5 | You can tell it's such a family struggling, barely holding on. |
| 1:52.5 | Another person texted said, yeah, when I was a kid, we couldn't afford the Jordans, of course. |
| 1:57.2 | So Shaquille O'Neal came out with this shoe to be available for less financially well-off families, and they sold the shoes at Kmart. Everybody, of course, knew this. So my dad bought them, I wore them to school, and I got ripped apart for shopping at Kmart. Aw. Yeah, that's just it. It's right. It's like the sixth to eighth grade. Kmart never been cool. Oh, my family led the league in Kmart trips. They had a cafe there, which my mom and Anne loves. We're always eating at Kmart, buying the worst clothing. Yeah. Kmart was gross. So gross. We ate so many cheeseburgers at Kmart. Even as a poor kid who didn't see a lot of fancy stores, I knew when I was in Kmart, |
