We might hold that over for the weekly show on Monday or Tuesday because it relates to the World Championships. But today we're mainly going to be talking about Kernner, Brussels, Kerner,

which was the second part of opening weekend in Belgium, from Kortrach to Kerner,

And the wind was like 10K an hour crosswind not enough for any echelons and the this race is different to omelope on the

yesterday actually yeah before I do the the parkour Benji what was the any

further news from omelope because I would say a lot of the riders came out yesterday

and echoed our thoughts

and said that was a weird Omlob.

Yeah, it was a weird Omelop to watch. And I can imagine a weird Omelope to be a part of. And

to be honest, the way I saw the race is that the teams that you'd expect to attack in the

attack zone during Omlop were basically put on a back foot during that zone,

by Alpersen on the Molin Berg as well,

but also by their own maybe passivity on the clowns before.

And I feel like that is what created the result that we have,

which is a rather passive Omlop with one of the largest bunches,

if not the largest group ever in Omlop to reach the finish line. Obviously, we've had some parkour changes over the last couple

of years. When it comes to that, I think maybe six, seven years ago or so, the parkour change to

the one it has now, which is on paper less selective because Mürer van Herodz Bergen and

both Berwick were always the amazing finish to the Tour of Flanders in the 2010-2008-7 era of cycling.

But that's after a super selective race.

In Omlop, we've seen over the years that it's more of a battle between Peloton and riders that right away.
