Hey everybody, welcome back to Rob's Revisions. We are here for a brand new season, a season I'm calling season two, as in too much. Is it too much? I guess we're going to find out. Season two. Season one was 90 plus episodes of just some great discourse talk about comics because I am,

as you know, and I will underscore it every time, obsessed with comics.

Prior to my coming in here and talking to you all today, my wife said,

it's just weird.

You, your job is your passion. wife said, it's just weird. You, your job is

your passion. It's, it's, it's, it's kind of weird. What you're passionate about is, is, is your work.

And, and I said, yeah, that's why I'm so great at it, right? So, you know, tongue and cheek,

but I do love this. I have, have new season the same organization that I gave the first for months prior to me

starting the original real observations.

I had been compiling episodes, material, kind of where I wanted to kind of go on this journey. And we,

it far surpassed anything that I had originally planned. And, and, and, and now season two,

I have, um, given the same sort of preparation. And I'm excited. It's, uh, oh, it's going to be so good. We have so many great things to

talk about. You know, the bottom line, this podcast, if I had to boil it down, and I hope that you,

you know, can can see it this way as well as the Observations podcast. This podcast is about

exploring the interconnectedness

of comic books and pop culture. You know, it's like with the early on in an episode called Cosmic

Marvels and I really weighed in on the fact that Kevin Feige being around my age, I think he's

slightly younger than me,

but given the entire film slate that Marvel is putting out, which they spent roughly a billion

dollars to produce, so that's the investment they're making in the Eternals, in Shang

Chi, in the Black Widow movie, and all of that has a bronze age umbrella over it. It is all

taking place in the in the comic books that I grew up in. And this is some 11 years into the
