Perhaps you know KUN from the reality show Idol Producer and the band Nine Percent. Maybe you’re an OG fan from back in his SWIN days thanks to the Chinese reality show Super Producer. Or maybe you’re a latter day convert from his work on season 2 of Youth with You alongside Lisa of Blackpink, Ella Chen, and Jony J. Any which way you slice it — whether on reality shows or part of a group or as a solo star in his own right — the Wenzhou-born artist has packed a lot into his 27 years. A big deal, a fashion fiend, the guy has his own Madame Tussaud’s waxwork.
On the couch KUN opens up about his path to now — from his tough times as a teen in the idol system, the two years of rigorous training, far from home, not knowing the language, not to mention everything he learned — to how he feels about his past releases, and the old man inside him.
KUN also talks about his romantic side, the one who watches flicks like The Notebook and Titanic, and his new work, singles like ‘Deadman’ and ‘Jasmine’ which show off his soulful side, his vintage influences in clothes and music (Bowie, traditional Chinese ballads, Winehouse). He’s fun, funny, and a great hang. And he also has a crack at styling Dan’s hair.

Money flows out of you. Definitely not in. I'll tell you that. You didn't figure the end part out yet. Well, no, like money, yeah. Well, it's so funny. Like this is something that you. I like manifested. I think about it in my free time. Are you repeating it in the mirror? Of course, Kelsey. See, I'm envisioning it in my mind. |
| 1:12.5 | And like when I'm like getting ready to go to sleep. Whenever my mind's at rest, my mind is thinking about abundance, things that I want. You got what I'm saying? Manifesting new things and opportunities. Is this why you picked up a job at the U.S. Postal Service? That is 100% correct. |

| 1:41.3 | It's like very much a part of my family's heritage. |
| 1:49.8 | Honestly, Cam, if I wasn't doing this, I'd either be working at a school or I'd be like a postal officer and I'd love life because, you know, think about it. Like a postal officer |
| 1:53.9 | has a lot of responsibility, yes, but too, it's a very social job. You get to understand the |
| 1:58.6 | neighbors. You get to understand your community. |
| 2:04.0 | It's cool. And it's different a little bit, at least every day. |
| 2:09.4 | Anyway, I'm just wearing this shirt. I don't work there, though, Kelsey. I don't work there at all. |
| 2:16.4 | I do have a bunch of things that I want to talk about. Also, Ali said that she has something in her big pink bag for all of us. It's a lot. |
| 2:20.7 | I also have something that I want you all to experience. |
| 2:21.1 | Okay. |
| 2:23.0 | Who wants to go first? |
