Hey guys, welcome to episode 22 of the JV club. As you might be able to hear from my voice,

I am a little under the weather, very nasal and I recorded this podcast episode last

night also nasal so I welcome you to forgive me for that because I don't get sick very often but I have

been kind of burning the candle at both ends and everybody knows a candle gets a cold

when it is burned from both ends. So I hope you enjoy the episode despite

despite the nasality and I want to get straight into

shout-outs and I mean straight into shout-outs because I've tried to I think some shout- necessities have fallen through the cracks with this new job that I've been working.

I've just been working so much and it's been harder for me to keep track of a lot of the things in my life that are the most important, including the wonderful comments that I get from you guys.

I am so far behind in shouting out the iTunes feedback that I

wouldn't be surprised if no one ever left iTunes feedback again and that's

really the most important for the success of my podcast so I apologize for that but so many of you leave iTunes feedback and

then you also tweet me or Facebook me I'm hoping that I'm sort of covering my

ground better than I think I am.

For those of you who consistently leave Facebook feedback and tweet me,

I want to shout you out every single time you do it.

Sometimes I don't. But this is a lot. to shout you out every single time you do it.
