than our usual guess. You know, you guys know that Julie and I sold real estate, all that, but from a different perspective than our usual guess, you know,

One of the challenges that we always had when we sold real estate was that you'd walk into a house,

the buyer would like the house, and then, you know, they would get overwhelmed because maybe they wanted to do a room addition or a kitchen remodel or things like that, and sometimes that would lose the sale.

And the flip side is also true, is that you would have a walk into a listing appointment, an older neighborhood, and the house needed some work, and there's, you know, how much is the kitchen that needs, that's
