And it's not an exaggeration. I'm not even exaggerating. And I don't even want to begin

to think the devastation that this could have caused. And it all has to do with purchasing

a home and not knowing what's going on behind the walls. Okay. So to give you some context,

my niece on my husband's side has moved to our beautiful city. And my husband and I decided

to purchase a condo for she and her girlfriend to live in, right? We wanted to expand our

real estate portfolio. She needed a place to live, a nice place to live, and a safe

neighborhood. And we found the perfect spot that fit everybody's needs. And so we bought

this condo for she, for her to live in her mom and dad work static. They were very grateful

that we were going to these links to kind of like, you know, look after her. And it was

just like a win-win for everybody, right? And then they also get Uncle Bart as a landlord.

And of course, if anything goes wrong, he's going to be there like that to take care of

stuff. Yeah, Bart's history is in. He's a contractor. Exactly. He knows everything.

He comes up homes and stuff like that. The handiest of handyman. Like he's about to renovate

the master bathroom himself. Like he's going to gut it. He's going to do the shower. He's

going to do the sink. He's going to do the tile work. He's going to do the, he's going

to do all of it, right? Because he can do that. Hi, envy people that can do that. What a

real man. He's very talented. You know, smell the testosterone. You walk into the house

probably. And then you got a little Jimmy watching Bart do it. So he's going to be learning

all that to be in pass down. It's so cool. Yeah, you're the one that mentioned that. I had

even like, you know, caught into it. I'm like, Oh, yeah, he can teach Jimmy how to do all these fun

and the handiwork things. So we bought this condo and it was, they had updated it some.
