The virtue I saw Kristen's anxiety play out in real time. In fact, most saw it also Tommy

saw it as well. And you would think that somebody that talks in front of 23 cities each

and every day would be totally comfortable on a stage in front of 150 or 200. Why are

we talking about this? I did not submit this as a personal story. It's my personal story.

Now I know what Katie feels like. So you would think, you know, somebody as confident

as Kristen in her abilities, right? Would be very confident on stage. But man, before

she had to go out there, she was sitting on a panel. She was one of the experts at this

place, which I shouldn't have been. Yes, yes, you should have. I still I I couldn't sleep

last night because I kept having flashbacks and like, when saying at how that panel went

out. And I am just like, all right, I feel like I bombed. I feel like I totally bombed.

And I love you guys. I did not. Oh, you did not. So well, first of all, let the backstory,

the origin story here is every year, this convention happens and it's in Chicago for the most

part. Yeah. For the most part. And I've gone for like 20 years. I might have like skipped

a one or two, right? But one of the organizers asked me if Kristen would want to be on a panel.

So I said, you know, she haven't been in years, but let me ask her. She reluctantly.

She don't like to go to these things. I did used to like to go to them. And then I don't

know what it is about my anxiety. And after having been on a couple of panels and knowing

what it does to me, I've just preferred not to. And then Bert sat me down and we talked

through it. And yes, it was my decision. And I agreed. But you you convinced me that it

was a wise decision to go ahead and go and be on this panel. And then since we were, we

made it a show bonding trip and you got put on a panel and it just became a whole thing.

Yeah. And we got things that are, you know, happening behind the scenes. And I just thought
