So today is an emotional day for Christa.

It is what a seg we have going on right here.

So today is the anniversary of my dad's passing.

So four years ago, today, my dad died of cancer.

And it's a heavy day and it's a hard day.

And you know, you can feel that actually building as soon as August hits is what's crazy.

It's like you know the day is looming.

Does your body know before your head?

Isn't that amazing?

Right?

Like your body just knows that there's an anniversary coming up and I'm not cool with it.

Yep.

So this day is always hard, but I wanted to do something different this year.

And not that I'm going to completely shift the day and make it not difficult because

it's always going to be difficult.

So I wanted to start a tradition on the Burt Show.

And I wanted to do this for myself and for our Burt Show listeners who have lost loved

ones who are very close and dear to them.

Whether it's a parent, your dad, your mom, whomever, call and share a memory that makes

you smile.

So and it can be anything.
