So there is an Instagram account called redneck memes. I don't know how I stumbled across it, but I did

spontaneous sidebar. Will you take your phone out? Yeah. All right. Check. How long do you spend on TikTok and Instagram every day?

I don't know. Do you even know where to find it? I don't why did my screensaver saved a different picture?

No, really curious because you come up with these great ideas and my guess is you're spending six hours on TikTok and Instagram, right?

So where do I go? I don't know where to go screen time settings settings. I'm in settings. Um, that's that's all I hit

Got a settings then at the top and the search bar type in screen time. Okay.

And not only will it's first of all, I would like to know your screen time, but then it breaks down exactly what you're on.

My daily average is four hours a day. That's really good. That's not bad. No, I have a kid now. Uh-huh.

Um, and then now what do I do? See all activity?

See all activity. Yep. Okay. And then you can use the arrows at the top to go back a day. Okay.

Well, it says most use seven hours 21 minutes for the week. Yeah, I guess. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

A couple hours a day. Well, you're the way. Yeah. My daily average is right below it. My daily average on Instagram is one hour 30 minutes.

It's worth every second. Okay. There you go. Well, it took us a long time to get there, but we got there.
