All right, so Chris is feeling pretty dang good these days because she made a great decision.

I'm not going to do it.

I'm not going to be mad at myself that I procrastinated and that I delayed and then I should have done

this earlier and I wish I would have done this earlier.

Instead, I'm going to be proud of myself for the fact that I went and made my doctor's

appointment, went to my doctor's appointment, talked to my doctor and got my anxiety medication

changed.

So I'm now taking a slightly higher dosage of my Alexa pro and y'all, oh my God, it's

a game changer.
