I'm a big fan of not just feeling the feeling, but acknowledging where the feeling is coming

from.

That's the thing.

Those are words from somebody that's been in therapy.

And here's the deal.

I don't want to admit this for numerous reasons.

Maybe everyone wants to admit that they're jealous, right?

My concern is, I'm going to seem so ungrateful and I don't want to come across ungrateful

because I am not.

So my question is, can you be jealous and grateful at the same time?

I think so.

And I say, you can have, you can experience two emotions at the same time.

I talk about like with grief, you can experience joy and pain at the same time.

I feel like this is a little bit different because if you break it down, if you truly acknowledge

it, it sounds like you're really making a fast case before we got the details.

Doh.
