This is Kristen Bell and I'm here with Trace Bell.

Yep, I'm back again.

And for any of you who are new to Trace Bell,

he is our son who came into our life 22 years ago.

And we thought since today is a, I'm going to call it a special podcast.

Very special. There's nothing more special than this.

Yeah, this is a Robless Robcast.

I mean, this is a new invention right here.

Yeah, we had this idea months ago that for the release of Rob's book,

which is coming out on September 15th, which is Tuesday, entitled,

everything is spiritual, who we are and what we're doing here.

We thought it would be really fun for the release of this book,

for Trace and I to take over the podcast and just have a discussion

about the book Rob in general.

Yeah, what we thought of the book, whatever main two ways.

And this book is unique to Rob, it's his 11th book,

but it's unique in the fact that this one is very personal.

He starts with some stories when he's quite young and really shows,

I mean, I'm going to say shows all of us because a lot of this was new information

for you and me, even though we live with him.
